Jordan Ashley Aikman is the daughter of former Dallas Cowboys quarterback, Troy Aikman. Like her father, Jordan was also involved in sports while in high school. But, at present, Troy’s daughter appears to be carving out a career path in a different field: strategic communication.

Who is Troy Aikman’s Daughter, Jordan Ashely Aikman?
Jordan is now a Texas State Chair for the Washington and Lee Mock Convention, in Lexington, Virginia. She has been there since April 2023. Her major works at the convention include leading political outreach efforts, managing the Texas delegation, and submitting monthly polling reports to the regional office.
Besides, Aikman’s daughter has been a member of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) since November 2022.
In the past, Ashely did internships in several places, including media and operations intern at Tony Fay Public Relations and charity advisory and events intern at SPORTFIVE. While at Tony Fay, the star kid attended D Magazine’s D CEO Citizenship Awards Ceremony and also gained valuable experience in relationship building from PR professionals.
She also worked as an event-annual intern as well as a summer intern at Allie Beth Allman & Associates.

Aside from her previous works, Jordan also worked for several other companies. She was a seasonal enrichment teacher at Jennie Moore Elementary, in Little Sholars LLC. Besides, the celebrity daughter was a co-founder of the W&L Fintech Club from March 2022 to November 2022.

She Played Multiple Sports In High School
Jordan attended The Episcopal School of Dallas and completed her graduation in 2020. During her time in school, Troy’s first-born daughter got involved in various activities and societies. She was a captain of both the Varsity Soccer Women’s team as well as the varsity Field Hockey team.
She also served as a class ambassador and a member of the National Honor Society. Furthermore, Ashley won multiple awards in school, including Eddie Eason Sportsmanship Award Recipient (2020), Dean and Faculty Award Recipient (2017), and Art Purchase Award Recipient (2016).
Jordan Aikman Is A Studnet of W&L University
Following her high school graduation, Aikman went to Washington and Lee University in Sept 2020 and will graduate with a bachelor of arts in strategic communication in May 2024.
She also studied abroad journalism at ISI Florence.
She Is Also Involved In Charity
Alongside her college and professional commitments, Jordan also dedicates her time to community work. In June 2022, the celebrity kid along with her sister, Alexa, and their father, Troy donated computers to local families at her dad’s high school, Henryetta High School. They made the donation in collaboration with a non-profit organization, Compundopt, and the President of AT&T, Steve Hahn.

Jordan Ashley Aikman’s Coincidence of Birth With Daryl Johnston’s Daughter
Aikman was born on 24th August 2001, in Dallas Texas. Surprisingly enough, the same day, Troy’s daughter came into this world, his former teammate Daryl Johnston and his wife also welcomed their daughter, Evan Elizabeth.
Both of their kids were born under the care of the same doctor at a hospital, in Dallas.
Jordan Ashley Aikman Has Two Siblings; One Is a Half-Sister
She grew up with her younger sister, Alexa Marie Aikman, born on 30th July 2002. Like her, her sister, Alexa is also a sports lover who was a volleyball player at the same high school Jordan went to. She is now a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma.

Ashely is also a younger half-sister to Rachel Worthey who is from her mother’s previous relationship.
Her Parents Are Divorced Now
Jordan’s parents, Troy Aikman and Rhonda Worthey got married a year before her birth in July 2000. The two led a happy marriage life until 2011. However, they divorced in April of the year. Following their divorce, her father Troy stated,
We remain deeply committed to our children and respectfully ask that you honor our family’s privacy during this period of adjustment.
After their separation, Troy found a new love and got married for the second time to a fashion retailer, Catherine “Capa” Mooty in 2017. Unfortunately, they also divorced in 2023.

Ashley and her father Troy are extremely close to each other. They often showcase their immense love for each other through their social media posts.

Back in Sept 2022, Aikman said that his parenting approach took a different turn when he became a single dad. He even started reading a number of parenting books to instill some self-confidence in his daughters. He also aimed to treat his daughters in a way that when they started dating a boyfriend, they would also expect to be treated well by their partners.
