Jake Elliott, born Jake Daniel Elliott is an American football placekicker for the Philadelphia Eagles. He was born to Bruce and Diane Elliott in Western Springs, Illinois. He has a sister, Karen Elliott Miller

Jake started playing football at Lyons Township High School in La Grange, Illinois. He was good at baseball, basketball, and tennis, and played tennis for three years in high school.

He started playing football after a Lyons assistant coach noticed him at a Homecoming student field goal contest. Elliott joined Memphis after high school and played there for three years from 2013 to 2016.

Jake has been married to his wife, Annie Timyan since March 7, 2020. The husband and wife tied the knot in a desert-themed wedding at the Fairmount Park Horticulture Center in front of their family and friends. The lovebirds had been engaged for around eight months before they got hitched.

Jake has a child, a son, Beau Daniel with his spouse. The pair welcomed their first child on July 29, 2023.

  • The Cincinnati Bengals selected Jake Elliott in the fifth round, 153rd overall pick of the 2017 NFL Draft.
  • Bengals, however, waived Elliott on September 2, 2017, after announcing Randy Bullock as their spot kicker.
  • The Philadelphia Eagles signed Jake on September 12, 2017, after their starting kicker, Caleb Sturgis suffered an injury.
  • In his rookie season, Elliott kicked a 61-yard field goal to win against the New York Giants making it the longest field goal in Eagles history.
