Tyler Larsen is the football center for the Washington Commanders. He played college football at Utah State before being picked as an undrafted free agent in 2014.
Larsen was born to LeRoy Larsen and Barbara Larsen in Salt Lake City, Utah. He has five siblings, three brothers and two sisters. Tyler’s brother Cody was also an NFL player who played as a defensive tackle for the Baltimore Ravens. Cody played college football at Southern Utah.
Larsen has been married to Samantha Larsen (nee Miller) for over a decade. They tied the knot in May 2013, while they were still in college. The husband and wife met in college and they got close while playing video games together.
Tyler and Samantha are parents to four children. Their oldest son, Ty was diagnosed with autism.

- He played 14 games, starting in 10 matches in the 2017 season.
- Larsen signed a two-year contract extension with the Panthers in 2018.
- He signed with the Washington Football Team (now Commanders) on March 18, 2021.
- He took over as the center in Week 10 after regular center Chase Roullier was placed on injured reserve.
- On March 16, 2023, Tyler signed a contract extension with the Commanders extending his stay at the club for a year.
