Daron Payne, a defensive tackle for the Washington Commanders, was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. He played college football at Alabama with which he won the 2018  College Football Playoff National Championship. Besides, he was named the most valuable player on defense in the final.

Daron attended Shades Valley High School in his hometown where he played for the Mounties.

Details about Payne’s parents are not well-mentioned, however, we know for sure that he shares a great bond with both of them. He has always praised his mother for her constant support in his career.
