Dallas Cowboys cornerback Stephon Gilmore played college football at South Carolina. He played football, and basketball and ran track in high school at South Pointe High School in Rock Hill. He was born to Linda and Steve Gilmore and has a younger brother, Steven Gilmore who is also a cornerback and currently plays for Detroit Lions.
Furthermore, Gilmore also has four younger sisters, Sabrina, Sierra, Scarlet, and Savanna Gilmore. As the oldest son of the family, he had to babysit his five siblings while growing up. “I can remember when he was babysitting all the kids and we’d come back all the kids would be seated and still,” said Stephon’s mother, Linda. She added,
We never told him how to babysit, but he would keep them all in line. He would just pinch them to behave and it worked.
He is very close to his family so he decided to put his family on his arm. He has inked a tattoo of a family tree with all his immediate family on his left arm from shoulder to elbow.
Gilmore has been happily married to his college sweetheart, Gabrielle Glenn since 2014. The cornerback has three children, Sebastian, Gael, and Gisele, with his wife. His better half is a former athlete; was a collegiate sprinter for the University of South Carolina.
