Cooper Rush is a quarterback (QB) for the Dallas Cowboys. Born and raised in Charlotte, Michigan, Rush played college football at Central Michigan. He was born the second of four sons of Matthew and Frances Rush. His older brother is Michael Rush and his two younger brothers are Dillon and Owen Rush.
Cooper was fond of playing with toy cars in his childhood. As a matter of fact, he and his three siblings used to race with their toy cars across their room. Besides, all four Rush brothers played different sports growing up. They were good at baseball, basketball, golf, soccer, and obviously football.
Cooper got elementary education at St. Mary Elementary School in Charlotte. He attended Lansing Catholic High School where he was a three-year started as a quarterback. He also played baseball and basketball in his freshman year.
Cooper married Lauryn Rush on June 20, 2020. The longtime couple tied the knot at a private wedding in Chicago. Before marriage, they were in a relationship for around three years. They first met in Chicago in 2017, after the Cowboys signed Cooper as an undrafted free agent.
Cooper and his wife are blessed with a daughter, Ayla Patricia Rush. They welcomed their baby girl on April 24, 2021, which the baby mama announced through an Instagram post.
