Ted and Rachel’s relationship started at college. The duo came across at a university party and hit it off soon. According to the reports, Rachel was a Kappa Delta at the university, who apparently arrived two hours early and met Ted.
They became good friends soon and remained best friends for some time before they started going out.
After dating for nearly five years, Ted and Rachel got married on February 17, 2018, at the Arista Hotel in Illinois. Their wedding was held privately and only their family and close friends were in attendance.
On February 17, 2021, Karras shared a couple of pictures from their wedding day marking their third wedding anniversary. “How time has flown by already! 3 years of marriage with my best friend Rachel Karras have been the most delightful, wholesome, and meaningful of my life,” Ted wrote in the caption.

They Got Engaged at The Trump Tower
Ted and Rachel’s engagement is a little more unusual than we’ve heard. Both of them had planned a whole weekend for their proposal. Rachel said that she and Ted went to visit her parents one weekend and it started from there.
After meeting her family, Ted and Rachel’s father went for a dinner separately where the NFL star could ask for Rachel’s hand in marriage.
A couple of days later, Ted and Rachel took a limousine to Chicago where Ted proposed to her in Trump Tower. After their engagement, they celebrated it with Rachel’s part of the family and their college friends.

Ted and Rachel have been leading a happily married life so far. The Super Bowl champion’s wifey works as a Pilates Instructor at Boston Body Pilates in Boston. Apart from this, Rachel is also a fitness model for different apparel brands.
Before she was a Pilates Instructor, she worked as an Office Assistant at Chile Care Resources Services, and during her college days, the fitness model worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Family Resiliency Center.
