According to Barstool Pen State’s tweet, the now husband and wife got engaged in November 2020. Meanwhile, Nick himself hinted at their engagement through an Instagram post in March 2021.
Back then, he posted a picture with the caption “Almost Forever” with his lover, where she wore an engagement ring.
The Love Birds started dating in 2018. We can see some pictures of the two on Nick’s Instagram which might be from the time when they started going out. However, no proper information about the beginning of their relationship is known to date.

The Couple Gave Birth to a Baby Boy

Nick’s Wife, Holly is a Dietitian
The NFL star’s wife works at Inova System for Fairfax Hospital as a clinical dietitian. She has been working there for more than five years now starting from October 2018. She also worked at Loudon Hospital for ten months from August 2018 to May 2019.
Johnson went to Penn State University from 2013 to 2017, pursuing a Bachelor’s in Nutrition Sciences. She worked in three different organizations during her internship period after earning her bachelor’s degree.
First, she interned at Inova Health System, Loudoun, Virginia for five months from August to December 2017. She took care of the nutrition of 8-10 patients every day and also analyzed the documentation of malnutrition to provide education to physicians over there.
After that, she did an internship at DC Central Kitchen Washington D.C. for two months from January to February 2018. Holly conducted a food waste study in that kitchen as they used to serve meals to the different elementary schools in that area.
Lastly, she interned at Food & Friends from March to April 2018 in Washington D.C. where she analyzed the quality of the food being served and also counseled the customers regarding health conditions.
