Sterling Sharpe is a former NFL player who used to play football for Green Bay Packers as a wide receiver. He played six seasons with the team from 1988 to 1994. He is also the brother of former renowned tight end, Shannon Sharp.

Does Sterling Sharpe Have a Wife? His Married Life Explored
Unlike his younger brother Shannon, who has never talked about his marital status, Sterling is a different case. He has been leading a blissful married life with his wife for several years but in a very secretive manner.
While the name of Sharpe’s spouse and their wedding details have remained highly secret, the former tight end mentioned his wife in one of his tweets posted on 8th August 2019. He hilariously wrote,
My wife is going to kill me for this…if the New York Knicks win a single preseason game/regular season game this upcoming NBA season. I will buy #NBA2K20 for everyone who RT’s this. I’m ready. And yes I have the money! #XB1 #PS4
At present, Sterling and his better half reside in Lexington County, South Carolina.
Sterling and His Brothers Were Raised By Their Late Grandparents
Sterling has two siblings: a brother, Shannon, and a sister Sherra Sharpe. The Sharpe siblings had been living in Chicago with their mother, when their late grandmother, Mary Porter, learned that her daughter needed help.
Mary had a tiny home in the country outside Glennville, Ga. She soon picked all of them up from Chicago to her tin-roof house. At the time, Shannon, the devoted father of three children, was three months old.
She had been nurturing nine of her own kids. But, when her clan became even larger with the arrival of three grandchildren, it was pretty difficult for her to manage both financially and in terms of accommodation.
Sterling shared the bed with his late grandfather, Barney, while his younger brother slept with his grandma. Unfortunately, both of his grandparents are no longer alive. His grandpa, Barney died of a heart attack in 1977. And his grandma, Mary passed away at 89 in July 2011 at the nursing home in Glennville.
Reflecting on her passing, Shannon, an analyst for CBS News, said to The Denver Post,
“I’m thankful I got to spend 43 years with her and She got to see the type of man I became.”
