Noah Gray and Mary Markwordt Have Been Married Since 2022
The adorable couple, Noah and Mary who met in college, have been together since the late 2020s or early 2021s, as their paths crossed during their senior fall semester. They were college sweethearts who met through a mutual friend, Mark.
The pair used to be at Mark’s house (bunker) during their weekends, where they first laid eyes on each other. Talking about their encounter, they stated,
We would show up to the Bunker every weekend our Senior fall semester at Duke for a night of games and Mark’s DJ skills. Noah and I argue over who made the first move (it was definitely me), but that doesn’t matter. Soon we were talking constantly, going on dinner dates for Calzones (sic).
The bond between them was so strong that by November 2021, the sweethearts were engaged. The wedding was not far behind. On July 2, 2022, they exchanged vows surrounded by friends and families at the Catholic Church of St. Ann in Marietta, Georgia, and had a reception at the Atlanta Country Club. And since that day, Mary became Mary Elsie Gray.

The Pair Don’t Have A Child Yet
The lovebirds are yet to welcome kids into their lives. However, in 2017, when the athlete’s sweetheart was asked where she saw herself in ten years, she wished she would have her dream job and be married with a “few little laxers (Lacrosse player)” of her own.
A few years later, Mary has her dream job and a wonderful hubby. The only things missing from her life are her “little laxers.” Could it be that they are planning?
Noah Considers His Wife Mary As ‘A Blessing From God’
Noah and his spouse are pretty close. The athlete occasionally posts pictures of them together. He has described his partner as “selfless, kind, and loving.” Not only that but he also considers her a blessing. “God blessed me with a stunning and amazing wife,” he added in the same post.
Likewise, Markwordt also supports her husband in his endeavors. She is always present on the game days. When the athlete became a Super Bowl Champ in 2023, she was there cheering for him.
In addition, both of them are devout Christians and credit God for everything they have in their lives.
Presently, the duo lives in Overland Park, Kansas, United States. They are busy in their professions but have ample time for each other.
She Was Raised Alongside Two Siblings
She was born on October 22, 1998, in Marietta, Georgia, to Holly and Kevin Markwordt. Her mother is a dentist, and her father is the senior managing director at Transwestern.
Similarly, Mrs. Gray has two siblings, Michael and Nicholas Markwordt. Her brothers played ice hockey at Georgia Tech. Nicholas earned his Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and is a law Associate at King & Spalding. At the same time, Michael has a Bachelor’s in business administration and is an Associate Appraiser at Cushman & Wakefield.
In addition, the Markwordt children were born only a few years apart. Because of that, they grew up as friends more than siblings.
Noah Gray’s Wife Mary Markwordt Is In Finance
Mary Gray has been a financial analyst at Trimont Real Estate Advisors since June 2021. She began her employment at the company as a financial associate in the same year. However, Mrs. Gray concluded the role in April 2023.
She began her career as a marketing intern at Transwestern, which, as stated above, is a company where her father is the senior managing director. She remained there for four months, from May 2019 to August 2019.
Furthermore, Mary also did an internship at the Office Boards and Appointments under Governor, Brian P. Kemp.
She Was A Standout Scholar And Athlete
Markwordt went to Blessed Trinity Catholic High School. She not only focused on her studies but also on sports. Like Noah, his significant other played lacrosse and was exceptionally good at it.
In addition, her high school team was a two-time state champion. As a vital member, she received All-America recognition in her sophomore, junior, and senior years. She scored over 100 goals in her senior year, making her total goals in high school 310.
Moreover, the celebrity spouse also received Academic All-American in her junior and senior years.
She later earned her Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy in 2021 from Duke University, where she met her now husband. The student-athlete received the ACC Academic Honor Roll in 2018, 2019 and 2020.
Mary’s Father’s Role in Making Her Who She Is Today
Mary has had a close relationship with her father, Kevin, growing up. She started playing lacrosse at the tender age of 6. However, as the sport was not so popular in Georgia, her dad made sure her passion did not wilt. She once said,
Lacrosse is not very popular in Georgia so my dad talked to the coaches and I played with the U15 age group. It’s safe to say I was the tiniest player on the field for about six years
Kevin is his daughter’s greatest supporter. Mary herself described her old man as someone who had “the largest impact” on her life. He used to watch lacrosse games and send his baby girl the highlight reels so she could learn from them.
Likewise, Kevin also ran drills with his kid.
