Josey Jewell And His Wife, Micole Lansing Have Been Married Since 2018
As stated above, Jewell has been married to his high school sweetheart, Micole, for 6 years. The lovebirds tied the knot on July 7, 2018, after being in a relationship for six years. In fact, they got married a couple of months after Micole graduated college.
The duo read their vows in Saint Francis DeSales Catholic Church and threw a reception party at West Union Event Center. Their wedding was documented by Just The Beginning Films.
They initially hosted a rehearsal dinner at a local bar, Bambinos, before the big day. The newlyweds then flew to Florida for a short trip after their wedding.
However, after their marriage, they had to part ways for a while before they could live together due to Josey’s career commitments.
The Footballer Proposed His To-Be-Wife In A Stadium
After six years of dating, Josey finally took the next step and proposed to his then-girlfriend, Micole. He got on his knee inside Kinnick Stadium, the same place where he played football for the University of Iowa. When Lansing saw the board that said, ” Mic, Will You Marry Me?” she immediately agreed to spend the rest of their lives together.
They got engaged in March of 2017 when they were still in college.
The couple took their time and went to his family farm at Upper Iowa River, where they took their engagement photos. After being engaged for a year, they got married.
Josey and Micole Started Dating In 2012
The duo started going out when they were teenagers. They have known each other since high school, even though they went to different schools. Their friendship turned into romance in 2012. Well, Josey went to Micole’s house for their first date, and when he returned, he told his parents that it was like they had known each other forever.
The couple attended the University of Iowa for their further studies and were together for all their college years. As Josey played football there, Lansing would always be in the crowd supporting her boyfriend.
Josey Jewell’s Wife Is A Mother Of Two
While enjoying their marital life, Josey and Micole have also embraced parenthood. The pair is the parents of a son, Cru Lance Jewell, and a daughter, Rohen Ann Jewell. They announced their first pregnancy on their social media in September 2019, expecting their little one to arrive early next year.
However, their daughter, Rohen, surprised them by coming unannounced on December 29, 2019.
As for their second pregnancy, they decided to reveal the gender of the baby to break the news. They welcomed their son, Cru, on February 13, 2022.
Well, Micole has a habit of posting her babies each month till they reach a year old to show their growth. She did it with both of the kids.
Micole And Her Husband, Josey, Have A Business Together
The married couple, alongside being partners, are also business partners. They have a smoothie and juice bar, Root 43 Juicery, in Decorah, Iowa.

Micole has a history of cooking background. She was formerly a Direct Support Professional at Systems Unlimited Inc. She also worked at U2 BBQ as a caterer for two years. Her last job was as an assistant teacher at La Montessori Nurtury.
Talking about her education details, the native of Decorah, Iowa, attended South Winneshiek High School from 2010 to 2014. She then joined the University of Iowa for a bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and Ultrasound Technician.
Micole Lansing Lost Her Brother When She Was Young
Born on May 31, 1995, Micole is the youngest sibling. She has two elder sisters, Kelly Lansing Evans and Darrah Lansing Holland. Both of them are married to the love of their lives.
Not many know that she had an older brother, Danan John, who passed away when she was young. She hasn’t shared the reason for the death but has frequently wished him a happy birthday over the years on her Instagram. As for her parents, their names are yet to be known, but we can confirm that they are still together.
