Lauren Bars, born on August 25, 1998, is 25 years old as of 2024. Her parents are Joe Bars, a former football player at Notre Dame, and Sally Bars, a former swimmer at Michigan State. She has two brothers, Blake and Alex Bars, both football players.
Bars is an Executive Consultant at Paycom. She has been at the company since February 2022, where she started as a client relations representative.
Previously, she was an analyst at XMS Capital Partner from 2021 to 2022. Lauren was an account manager at Insurance Professionals of Tennessee before that from February 2019 to March 2021.
