Kimberly Caddell And Case Keenum Have Known Each Other Since Childhood
Kimberly and Case crossed paths several times before starting their relationship. The duo first encountered each other when Kimberly was in third grade and the athlete was in fourth grade but in different schools. In fact, the then-future couple even competed in several inter-school competitions throughout their time in different schools.
Coincidentally at the time, Case’s mother was Kimberly’s physical education teacher, which in a way drew the beautiful couple a step closer.
However, the romance between them didn’t materialize until they reached high school as the Texan quarterback and his future wife hadn’t formed much of a friendship, attending different schools and being a grade apart.
Their Relationship Blossomed In High School
Case and Kimberly’s relationship started when the latter was in her senior year of high school, attending a Fellowship of Christian Athletes event. At the same time, the Brownwood, Texas native was a standout quarterback of the Wylie Bulldogs.
Case kicked off the relationship in 2004 by asking the beautiful lady to get a snow cone with him when they were both attending an FCS event.

Kimberly And Case’s Relationship Became Strong Through Faith
Case’s spouse, in an interview, said that it was a shared faith that helped the lovebirds view the twists and turns of his career and their relationship journey. The couple’s beliefs have played a huge part in keeping them grounded.
In addition, Caddell also helped Case wean off the drugs when he became addicted to painkillers as a redshirt in 2010 after tearing his ACL in his right knee. Kimberly also learned her husband’s playbook to gain a better understanding of the game and to help him prepare.

The adorable duo married on June 11, 2011, when the two were still college students at the University of Houston. The footballer proposed to Kimberly on the football field’s 50-yard line, which was illuminated by candles.
Well, in their marital relationship that has spanned over a decade, the couple is parents to a baby boy. However, they didn’t have it easy while conceiving their son.
During the 2018 NFL season, Case said he and his wife went through some different procedures on their journey to have their child. The couple struggled with infertility en route to the parenthood.
The NFL pair, nevertheless, welcomed their son, Kyler, in November 2019.

Caddell grew up in Abilene, Texas, where she also finished her schooling. As a schooler, she was a student leader of the Fellowship Of Christian Athletes in seventh grade and later attended Abilene High School.
During high school, Kimberly was into multiple sports as well. She was a successful volleyball player and also thrived as a pole vaulter for her school’s track team. While Mrs. Keenum didn’t participate in football, she says she practically grew up watching the sport.
Case’s wife was also part of the student council in high school. Furthermore, Caddell would often go on the field before the game. She was part of the coin toss, and it was part of her life.
Caddell’s Family
Kimberly is the daughter of the late Keith and Diana Caddell. Her parents were the owners and operated KC Cleaners and West Texas Lawn. Caddell’s father was also a member of Beltway Park Church. Sadly, Kimberly’s dad died on April 11, 2021.
She has two older brothers, Brian and Brandon, who both played football in high school.
Is Caddell A Speech Language Therapist?
Many sources have reported Caddell as a speech-language pathology assistant. Not only this but it has also been said that Case’s wife is a graduate of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
