Considered among the best guards in the National Football League (NFL), Brandon Scherff plays for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Throughout his career, his wife, Jenni Scherff, has been there for him. The player’s better half is the love of his life, and the two have been together for years now.

Let’s dive into details about Jenni and the pair’s married life in the following sections.

Brandon Scherff And His Wife Tied The Knot In 2016

Scherff was a taken man even before he entered the league. The lovebirds tied the knot on March 9, 2016, in a small wedding attended by their friends and family members. Scherff’s now-wife, Jenni had teased their wedding with an Instagram post back on August 25, 2015. In the post, Jenni also revealed their wedding date.

Both sides of the family were present at the wedding. Jenni’s older sister, Mind Kaye, and her best friend, Brittany Van Den Top, were the maids of honor.

How Did The Married Duo Start Dating?

Even though the couple has shared a lot of things about their relationship on their socials, it’s not clear when they started dating. Looking at their social media profiles, we can see Brandon and Jenni Scherff began appearing on each other’s posts in 2014. So, Scherff presumably started dating his wife around the same time.

Given that both of them have been keen on fishing and hunting, their shared interest might have played a big role in them coming closer in the early days.

Moreover, both Brandon and Jenni are dog lovers, so the duo had a lot in common to talk about when they started dating. The couple adopted a puppy, Trigger shortly after they started dating. They also adopted another puppy, Rusty, after getting married. The dogs accompany the Scherff couple in their hikes and hunts.

Brandon Scherff Has Three Children with His Wife Jenni

Both Brandon and Jenni already had prior experience with babies, thanks to their nieces and nephews. On September 30, 2017, the lovebirds welcomed their first child, Easton James Scherff, into the world. The proud mama announced the arrival of their first child on October 1, with a couple of photos of them with their newborn.

Meanwhile, in early September 2017, Jenni shared a photo that featured her and fellow NFL WAG, Julie Cousins from their surprise baby shower. “Spoiled rotten today! Beyond thankful for our NFL family for throwing us a surprise baby shower!” Jenni wrote alongside her post.

Likewise, their second child, Baylor Marie Scherff, was born on November 7, 2021. Then, in September 2023, Jenni gave birth to the pair’s third child, Emerson Scherff.

The family is on the move more often than average because of Brandon’s work. It might be especially hard for young children to leave their schools. So, Jenni homeschools her son Easton.

According to the mother of three, “Homeschool has been the sweetest addition for our family rhythm. Intentionally slowing down our world. Our school environment this week is definitely a bonus!”

They Adopted Their Second Kid

Due to their love for kids, the married duo always wanted to adopt a child. They submitted the required paperwork to the adoption agency at the beginning of 2020. It was only after a total of 674 days that they got a call saying a match was found.

After Baylor’s birth, the newborn was taken home by the Scherff couple. The adoption process was finalized in the last week of January 2022.
