Frank married his long-time girlfriend, Lucy Rogers on June 19, 2021. The couple tied the knot at Ashery Lane Farm, Carver County, Minnesota. They had an intimate wedding surrounded by their loved ones. The bride’s white gown and groom’s black tuxedo complimented well with natural greenery. After the ceremony, the newlyweds spend some alone time together to savor their new beginnings.
They got married after being engaged for over a year. They wanted the wedding to be perfect, so the lovebirds took their sweet time getting ready for their big moment. Lucy had a little getaway with her bridesmaids to Tofte, Minnesota before the wedding to celebrate her bachelorette.
Frank Knew He Was Going To Marry Rogers Since High School
He met his future wife Rogers while both of them were in Chanhassen High School. Initially, they were just friends. However, Frank knew he would marry her one day and would always tell her the same thing. They remained friends throughout high school and went to different universities.
Even though they went to separate colleges, Lucy would travel from Madison to Arkansas to cheer Frank on games. After being friends for several years, these two finally got together in senior of college. The couple started going out in early 2018, and Lucy broke the news to the world by sharing cute pictures of them on her Instagram.
The Couple Got Engaged After Dating For A Year
Frank and Lucy got engaged in July 2019 after dating for a year and a half. The couple was walking in Excelsior Commons on Lake Minnetonka when Frank got on his knees and popped the question. As soon as Lucy said yes, all their friends and family surprised them with a group hug and blessings.
The player knew since day one that she was going to be his wife but he didn’t want to wait too long for that. So, he asked her to marry him after a year of dating. The newly engaged couple announced their engagement a few days later on their Instagram with them flaunting the ring. They threw an engagement party on a boat on Lake Minnetonka where Ragnow popped the question.
Frank And His Wife, Lucy Rogers Became Parents To A Baby Boy In 2023
Mr. and Mrs. Ragnow have a son, John Benson Ragnow. The newest member arrived on August 9, 2023, in Michigan. They named their son after Frank’s late father, Jon Ragnow who died due to a heart attack. The new parents share glimpses of their lives with their baby boy on their Instagram. They even took him to Frank’s game within a month of being born.
Lucy shared the news of her pregnancy back in January of 2023. After the announcement, she flooded her feed with her baby bump. The NFL player shared that having a son has given him a different perspective on life. Besides having a child, the couple also has two dogs, Leo and Bear.
Ragnow’s Partner Lucy Rogers Is A Pilate Instructor
Lucy is a certified Stott Pilates Level 1 Mat & Reformer instructor. She has an Instagram account under @pilatebylucyco where she shares her fitness tips and journey. Before she dove into the fitness world, Rogers worked at The Creative Partners Group for three years. She joined the company as a Category Analyst Intern in June 2019 and was later promoted to Senior Category Analyst. She also worked as an associate stylist at Mac & Mia. Her first job was at JL Buchanan as a Merchandise Coordinator.

Talking about her education, Lucy attended Chanhassen High School, where she also met her husband. She then joined the University of Wisconsin-Madison for a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science, Retail, and Consumer Behavior. She spent her junior semester at CEA Rome, Italy Business and Communication in 2017.
Lucy Has Always Been By Frank’s Side
Lucy hardly misses a game day. Sometimes, she even brings their son for an extra boost of motivation. She is always searching for opportunities to flaunt her husband on her social media. Rogers has been Frank’s support system both on and off the field.
When Frank was going through a difficult time when his father passed away, he opened up more to her. Not only on hard times, she also supports his goofy side. Whenever Ragnow catches fish, she cooks. They are living the best life with their kid.
