Jordan Poyer is a football safety for the Buffalo Bills. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2013 NFL Draft. Poyer played college football at Oregon State. He was a three-sport athlete at Astoria High School where he played baseball, basketball, and football.
He was born to his father Louis Dunbar and his mother Julie Poyer in Dallas, Oregon. His parents separated even before he was born. Jordan’s mother, Julie left his father Dunbar after learning he was a criminal. She is currently married to Haven Cooper. Besides Jordan, Julie has another son, Jeremiah Poyer.
Meanwhile, Jordan’s dad, Louis had been in and out of jail for around two decades since the athlete’s birth. According to the reports, Louis was released from prison in February 2013.
Jordan is happily married to his wife Rachel Bush. The husband and wife met on Twitter and started dating around 2015. The pair got married on February 17, 2018. They are parents to one daughter, Aliyah Poyer who was born on December 30, 2016.
